Is the fitness industry jeopardizing your health?

I am sickened by the way “health & fitness” is packaged and sold to the typical American, and I am repulsed by the way big business manipulates and misleads the average person into useless and sometimes even dangerous directions to achieve their main objective; to separate you from your money.
