Supplementing with nutrient-dense foods
here are several food-supplements (foods so dense in nutrition that I refer to them as supplements) and even a few man-made supplements I recommend. It is important to note that by including the following foods as a regular part of our diet there is virtually no need for any additional vitamin or mineral supplementation:
