Is an apple a day really good for you? Well, if you ask my girlfriend she will say “yuck, no way”.
Turns out that in the past, when she’s ate apples it made her feel not so well.
Hmm… well, there goes that old adage. Ok, an apple a day may not be on her menu of preferred foods for health but on someone else’s plate it may be just what they need. But how do we know what food is good nutrition for your own individual needs? Sit back and listen! To that inner voice inside of you.
Now, you may be going, “but Matt, I can’t hear anything, but a nice Big Mac and Fries with a Diet Coke keep going through my head.” I didn’t say that impulsive voice! I said that inner voice ;). It will always tell you the truth. But you have to be willing to listen to it without judgement. Ok, let’s be real here for a second. Honestly, close your eyes and make the following statement: My body is craving a Bic Mac with fries and a diet coke because it’s healthy for me.
If you’re truly honest with yourself, you will feel that “block” that kicks out this suggestion. What does that block feel like? Ok, close your eyes and say this statement: My name is Tom Cruise. Unless you are really Tom Cruise, you felt that part of you go, that’s silly.
Well, what you heard was that true inner voice! The more you pay attention to it, the more it will become a part of you, and the more you will act upon inspired action to a system that you were born with! See, you have a natural system for genuine health! Listen to it, it will bring out the real, God Loving you, in many ways so you can live a healthy Fruitful
life.
